Hi David,
Thank you for your initial enquiry. The Old Town House will be available in both May and June 2012, however you mentioned that you may require accommodation. If this is the case then I would suggest going for June as we have more accommodation available in that month. The cost to hire this venue is £183.75 for a full day and £91.88 for half a day, these are our internal prices. Please note that these prices are due to increase by 2012.
Regarding catering in the Old Town House then I’m afraid that we can only supply tea, coffee, biscuits and sandwich platters due to health and safety reasons. Tea, coffee and biscuits are £1.50 per person and sandwich platters are £27.23 which feeds approximately 10 people. Again, these prices are due to increase by 2012.
If you wanted hot food then we may be able to arrange a venue for this to be served in, or we do have our Restaurant ‘RSVP’ on campus.
I’ve noted that you are expecting around 20 delegates, this is fine but please bear in mind that due to health and safety reasons the building can only hold 27 delegates and I’m afraid there is no disabled access.
